For a year I’ve been trying to figure out why we don’t have any pictures of my grandfather’s parents. Why that has been so strange is that we have a huge collection of photos to all of my great grandparents, along with many lines of cousins. But my Great Grandfather McClaughry, who’s pictures have been in the keeping of my dad’s mom until she passed, has a slew of pictures of his sister and generations below her, but none of his parents. This week I figured it out. They’ve been misidentified! One of the pictures hanging on my parent’s living room wall is the "missing" grandparents, hanging there for years.
